Aiming at the problems of cracking, spalling and short service life of permanent layer materials in tundish during service, the project developed red pillar with excellent thermal shock resistance, volume stability and high temperature comprehensive performance by using andalusite and high-grade bauxite as main raw materials, low cement combination, composite micro-powder and high-efficiency water reducer, and continuous expansion of different granularity andalusite raw materials at high temperature. After testing by Henan Provincial Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection, the product performance indicators meet the requirements of Q/PPG003-2018 enterprise standards. 2. "Development and Application of Long Life Low Carbon Magnesium Carbon Bricks for Clean Steel Refining Ladle Slag Line"
Aiming at the problems of magnesia-chromium, high carbon-magnesia-carbon materials used in ladle slag line of clean steel refining, such as chromium pollution, carburization of molten steel and short service life, the project takes low iron, low silicon, high purity and large crystalline magnesia as the main raw material, and develops low carbon magnesia-carbon materials with excellent high temperature properties such as oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance by optimizing antioxidants and introducing composite low expansion additives. Material. After testing by Henan Provincial Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection, the product performance indicators meet the requirements of Q/PPG010-2018 enterprise standards. It has been used by Mukand Steel Works of India, Xining Special Steel and Jingtang Steel of Shougang.
