Air Pollutant Emission Control Requirements

- Jan 21, 2019 -

The reference oxygen content volume percentage of the magnesia refractory industrial firing (calcining) kiln and drying facility venting is specified as 18. When monitoring pollutants in the exhaust gas, the oxygen content in the exhaust gas should be measured at the same time. When the measured oxygen content in the exhaust gas is lower than the reference oxygen content, the measured concentration of the pollutant is used as the basis for determining whether the discharge meets the standard; when the measured oxygen content in the exhaust gas is higher than the reference oxygen content, the pollutant in the exhaust gas The concentration should be converted into the reference oxygen content pollutant discharge concentration according to the following formula, and the reference oxygen content pollutant discharge concentration should be used as the basis for determining whether the discharge meets the standard. The determination of the oxygen content in the exhaust gas is carried out in accordance with GB/T 16157 or HJ/T 397. The exhaust gas from other production facilities is based on the measured concentration as the basis for determining whether the air pollutant emissions are up to standard.
